St. Paul’s UCC of Fleetwood is seeking a Family and Youth Ministry leader.

Your purpose?

developing a FYM to support the family and youth of St. Paul’s UCC focused on re-energizing the ministries, creating a shared vision for family and youth ministry, and developing programs that meet the current needs of families and youth in our local community.

Your mission?

coordinating and managing youth and family missions of the church

Your qualifications?

Self-starter, ability to work independently
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree with specialty or focus in Christian Education, Youth Ministry, Education, Psychology or a similar field
Called to lead and support youth and family ministry
Leadership experience within the context of family and/or youth activities and/or youth and family ministry
Desire to share and promote the faith and spiritual journey of all ages of youth and their family

Your commitment?

Part Time, 20-30 hours per week

○ Flexible weekday schedule, minimum 5 hours on Sunday

○ $20-$22 per hour commensurate with experience
